Kgomatswe Manor is a modern housing development with a range of two bedroom units, duplexes, three bedroom simplex’s and a clubhouse.
The modern-industrial design was developed to appeal to the urban population, and is carried through into the interiors with sloped high ceilings (roofs facing north for solar panels). We also proposed suspended lighting and use of internal courtyards and clerestory windows to maximise natural light for the reduction of energy consumption for a light airy interior.
